Sauerkraut is so much fun and easy to make! I just made some and will likely MoFo about it, even though I've blogged about it before.
I actually started a batch tonight and took before pictures. My first post is going to be about beets though, because I used to hate them a lot and now I love them.
And Efcliz, thanks for reminding me about curry paste. I had thought of that earlier but forgot to write the idea down and it kept slipping my mind. I actually have a good vegetarian thai cookbook with some great sounding curry paste recipes, so yay!
Sauerkraut is something I have never made, but want to as part of my Veganize PA Dutch project!
