My friend's birthday is in a few days, and I need the best cupcake recipe, ever. I need her to bite into this cupcake, and say, "YES! Life is worth celebrating!" Please help.

The gluten free recipes in VCTOTW are good. If you can get hold of pre-mixed gluten free bread flour (with xanthan gum already in) and use gluten free baking powder, it works well in pretty much any cupcake recipe.
