They made us a pizza with vegan gourmet cheese to try a few weeks ago, so I'm 99% sure that's what they'll be using.
There's also calzones (my favorite thing there) and one vegan pasta. Please the staff know when you order if you are vegan because the side salads and garlic bread usually come with cheese, etc.
It's not super cheap but at least there's coupons on the website....
(PPK eat there and help me keep my workplace afloat cause I need to keep my job for tuition money, haha. No harm in a lil' guilt trip right?)
