Who wants to walk with me this year?! I've created a team already - you can join Team Pawesome with the password "supurrb". Dogs are welcome to walk, too! (Last year there was even the occasional cat in a stroller.) I decided not to call it team PPK this year so others outside of this forum might feel more welcome to join, though I may have scared them away by using terrible puns. Oops.

I'm thinking about signing up if I can get over my money raising anxiety. I like the MSPCA, walking, and you though, so good outweighs the bad. :)

I hope you'll sign up! Don't let the fundraising thing stop you - you don't even have to raise any money from others, there's just the registration fee you pay yourself. I'm not even sure how much I'll be able to raise, since I did the Walk for Hunger not all that long ago and my Facebook friends are probably experiencing fundraising fatigue. ;)

Agreed on the positives outweighing the negatives. I'll have to check my calendar.

I'm reading this again and I realize I didn't get my point across - invite your friend/partner/mom/etc. to join the team, too, if they are inclined! The more the merrier.

It's definitely something when I can recognize Gizmo in less than 5 seconds, haha! How much is the registration fee?

Our team so far: - b.vicious - b.vicious' boyfriend - Pi - Pi's new guy
My boss is thinking about joining, too (and she has a cute dog who could walk with us!)
Those of you who want to do any fundraising ought to sign up soon. It's not that far away now!
