At the top of the page, if you click on your own tumblr's name (just to the right of "dashboard") it'll take you to your page and on the right there's a column that says "followers" and you click on that.

i have a tumblr (just made it last week) and i'm still trying to figure out how it works. like, i can't for the LIFE of me figure out how to find tumblrs that might interest me (how the eff do you search on tumblr? i am defective).
