That's pretty much it. Goes in miso soup or other soups such as udon or soba, on top of salads, etc.

I got an unopened carton of Silk French Vanilla creamer from work yesterday and I have no idea what to do with it! I like my coffee black so I don't see myself using it up on that, are there any recipes that call for it? I wouldn't mind baking up some things.

This stuff is great in smoothies! Just a little goes a long way and you can dilute it with reg soy milk so its not over powering.

cstadt, if you are feeling super unhealthy, tofu puffs are a good candidate for a strong garlic/soy sauce marinade, then putting in the toaster oven to roast the crepe out of them until they are somewhat crispy again. Mmmm good! Or else you can toss them into a curry, they are good there, also.

I don't think this is going to work.

Actually, the old boards were more convenient for this, because it was possible to edit the initial post and add links to a growing list. At least this concept seemed to work there...
