When I went vegan in high school I had to make all my own meals. I sat on the PPK in class for hours printing off recipes (which didn't involve any processed foods because I had to drive 30+ minutes to get them) and making little binders. And then I bought VWAV, and oh did my life change for the better. PPK saved my life!

Yeah, every once in awhile there is an onslaught of hate and it affects me. Especially if I have my period, which you know I do, since everyone follows my cycle. But thank you for the loving reminders. It sucks that sometimes the tiny molecules of hate take over the abundance of love. I'm working on that part! xoxoxox
