Hmmm, interesting! Do you happen to know the complete ingredients? Just curious to know if there is soy oil in the mix.

Rice flour, sugar, leavening (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), Modified Potato Starch, Salt, Xanthan Gum.
MAY CONTAIN SOY INGREDIENTS.
That's the complete Ingredients list. Also states MADE IN A GLUTEN FREE PROCESSING FACILITY.
