I think this is so beautiful. But, you know, it's from anthropologie, so it's waaaaaaay out of my budget.

Sometimes I think life would be easier if Anthropologie didn't exist. I know I can never afford anything from there, so I should stop checking the website. But I don't have that kind of restraint.

But I don't have that kind of restraint. I just looked at their site, and all the dresses I liked had silk on them. I guess that makes it an easy decision :)

I ogle the website a lot, but I don't let myself go into the actual store. Even on sale, I can't afford anything.

I posted this one before, but it's on sale now, making me want it even more. Also on sale, but I don't think a gray body con dress would be very flattering on me.

Post sources, people! Especially if your image url is an obscure line of numbers and letters not linked to the website of origin!

I pretty much want to get married just so I can have a reason to wear this dress (which is not vegan, but if the occasion arose I am sure I could find a way to make that happen).

My sister and my best friend both ordered their wedding dresses from Chrissy Wai Ching and were so disappointed in them that they had to return them. The stitching and overall quality is really poor, especially for the price, and the details/colors/etc. were not what they had asked for. Which is sad, because they all look so gorgeous on the website. (As a side note, though, she was willing to work with Peace Silk on request).

My intention was to see if someone else could make a similar dress seeing as I don't really think I would feel comfortable ordering without seeing it in real life first. You have confirmed my fears about ordering a $900 dress online.

Ok, ModCloth has two cat-pattern dresses that I want that are over $100. I can't justify that. But look at "Cats in space dress": I mean, that's hecking tasteful for a cat dress.

It's beautiful! But I can't even make out the cats. In the cat print genre, I like Zara's imitation Miu Miu: (there is no Zara in NZ though, dunno if it's non-silk)
