I live near Asheville, N.C. I looked on Amazon but they are out. I will take a look for your two suggestions. Thanks!

I placed an order for The Allergen-Free Baker's Handbook and Cookies for Everyone because Kittee told me to and I am so excited! Baking used to be so relaxing for me and since going gluten-free it's become frustrating and stressful, I hope these will help.

They sorta gave me back my baking edge!

i had the Flying Apron GF one, but i sold it. i really didn't like it. i was hoping to get ideas of different flour combos, but they relied heavily on rice flour, and ridiculous amounts of coconut oil and maple syrup. way to expensive for such disappointing results.
