I thought some of y'all might want to know... Peter Reinhart is working on a gluten free baking book, and it appears that there will be a call for testers in December:

I tested for his last book and he was fine with me veganizing the recipes.

Okay, that is pretty exciting.

uh mah gah, i am going to have to check his site everyday to get on board! i hope it's not a million eggs. veganizing gluten free baking can suck.

thanks for the heads up!!!! i'd love to be a tester, too! and you're so right, kittee - veganizing gluten-free recipes is not always the most fun. often times the results leave me sadface.
