First day of Mofo I announced the winner of a signed copy of my book, the second day (today) I did my patriotic duty and posted a recipe for a nice warm alcoholic beverage...oooohhh yeaaahhh That drink looks really good!

Yes! I am 2 for 2 with MoFo so far.
Fu fact: so far during MoFo, I have eaten 6 apples. If I continue at this rate, I will have eaten 90 by the time the month is about.

All 3 days so far. Like many others, I already have a plan as to what's being posted for the month but I forgot about 2 birthdays, an anniversary and Thanksgiving. Ack!

We blogged 2 posts for Day 2 so there was NO TIME for the forum yesterday :( I have sooo much to catch up on. I read about 50 blogs on day one and commented like crazy. But yesterday...nothin'. Vegan MoFo is CRAZY!

I've managed to blog all 3 days so far, I'm hoping it'll be easier when I'm at home & don't have to do it all from my phone - hopefully the pictures'll get better too!

I must say I was scared of Vegan MOFO but after day 3 I am really enjoying it. I decided a few days be4 the deadline and I had nothing I made a few dishes to last me into half of week 2 but I will not panick I will always be ahead. I actually went into details in my post as well and that is something I am usually to lazy to do. Tomorrow I am posting green bean mallum a sri lankan dish and on Friday I will bang it out with a very controversial vegan dish from Barbados that I managed to get some great shots of. Currently I am trying to update my reader but it has been 1 hours since I pressed subscribe but I think it takes while..I am loving what everyone is doing. I am loving MOFO and actually blogging does not feel like chore anymore.

I am used to blogging only 3 times a week or so. So it's been hard to work a little faster. I cracked last night and accidentally published something that showed up on google readers. Oops.
I wish I had more time to read all the blogs but I am already getting computer butt.

I've been posting every day so far. I didn't plan ahead except for choosing my theme.
I'm very bummed that I have been so busy that I haven't been able to hang on the PPK much at all the last couple of months. Even more bummed I haven't had time to read ridiculous amounts of awesome MoFo blogs. Oh free time, please come back so I can be a blog addict.
