we are brining up one of our dearest and fanciest friends to sf the weekend of the 9th to see a show at the skylark and whatnots....
does anyone know of a really nice and not to "buisnessy" place to stay?

I don't know what the Skylark is, and I'm guessing at what you mean by fanciest friend but maybe they'd like the Hotel Triton.

we ended up at hotel kabuki, it was awesome. great deal, and in room sauna and japanese soaking tub. we ate at gracias madres and little bird cafe. awesome trip.
