I have to remove several in my yard every year or they'll take over. I know they used to be valuable in the pioneer days and I hate getting rid of healthy saplings. Is there an exchange plant website out there that someone would want them? With the walnuts themselves, I usually gather them up in boxes and put them on the side of the road, free for anyone who wants them.

You could try putting out signs with "free walnut seedlings" and try putting it up on freecycle and craigslist.
