Awesome! I'm still really disorganized and haven't gone grocery shopping since I got back but I am going to try to get to the store tomorrow night. Not sure what I'm bringing at all. But I'll make sure it's not lentil salad or Viva Vegan-ish. :)

Also, can I pretty please scam a ride with someone?

Okay, I decided I'm making the Thai Slaw or whatever from Vegan Table. I have no idea what it's like. But I haven't made much from that book even though everything looks/sounds scrumptious.
