All Hitchcock movies (especially Shadow of A Doubt and Vertigo) Night of the Hunter anything pre-code Hollywood (especially stuff with Barbara Stanwyck like Night Nurse) Sunset Blvd The Apartment Laura M The Red Shoes Rules Of The Game The Lion In Winter
My list goes on and on and on. Definitely check out their database!

M might be my all time favorite movie. We got the blu-ray version recently, but haven't watched it yet. Red Shoes is on blu-ray now too...another great one.
Barnes and noble is having 50% off on all criterion dvd and blu-ray right now (in stores and online) Picked up some good stuff...8 1/2, Vampyr box set, japanese noir box set, and some doc box set that just camed out that looks amazing

Also, I love all Carl Dreyer films and I'm curious to know which films were in the japanese noir box set...

it happened one night is one of my favorites. i'm also very fond of hitchcock and his style.
and i can't help but mention french new wave for my love of films like: shoot the piano player, cleo from 5 to 7, masculin-feminin, breathless, and weekend. i LOVE godard.
i could lock myself in a room and watch black and white films all day.
