Hey guys,

The blog bundle is ready and the OPML file. When everyone is awake on that side of the world, it will be posted to the veganmofo site. Check later today.

If you use Google Reader it will be super easy to subscribe in one click to all the blogs, but we'll also have a link to the OPML file if you use a reader other than Google.

Thanks! We did the same thing, though, and will be posting it to the mofo blog today. Yours is pretty close to being all of them. I think we had about 715 or something.

I have a question. I am still new to blog readers and such. But I subscribed to the bundle... but I only got subscribed to blogs up to the letter "e". I think it's 111. not 700! did I do something wrong? Am I a dumdum?

Hey Amy!

It probably just didn't load them all. It's a lot of blogs and I think we're testing the limits of the blog bundle, haha. Try deleting the blogs you got and re-doing it. There were a lot of people subscribing at the same time, so it's a bit buggy.

Also, if you're still having trouble with the one-click subscribe method, you could go the more technical route and upload the OPML file. Google Reader has that option as well. PM me if you need more help!

boo. I am a lameo. what am I doing wrong? I've tried a few more times, and now I can get all the blogs... except that ALL of them are "unavailable" except one blog called " a dash of compassion." Has everyone else successfully subscribed to this bundle? tips? I am confused, but i really don't want to miss out on the action!

This may be obvious for some, but if you're using google reader and want to UNsubscribe from the entire blog roll you need to click unsubscribe and not delete folder like I did. :///

I don't know where my head was when this happened, but I decided to switch to a different account for the blog roll and made this mistake, sorting through 800+ blogs (mofo blog roll + previous subscriptions) was a pain in the a.

Oh yeah, dude. Always delete via "manage subscriptions." The VeganMoFo blogs, if you subscribed in one click via Google Reader, are in a separate folder and you can limit the results to just the blogs in that folder, select the ones you want to unsubscribe from (all, even) and click unsubscribe. I'm going to make a post about managing your mofo blogs in a minute since there have been some issues.

Yeah, I'm usually pretty smart, but I did the same thing. It's a good thing most of my blogs are in folders anyway. I figure I just saved myself the step of organizing the ones that weren't by deleting everything that wasn't in a folder!
