You can blog about it, there are also normally threads for each week so we can discuss our experiences together here and share photos.
We could also do (or continue?) a flickr pool etc.

You guys! Thanks so much for including American Vegan Kitchen. I know a lot of people don't have it, so I'm giving two copies away. Enter on my blog. Thanks again!

Count me in for the challenge for most weeks. I own a few of the books and have some coming in from the library. And maybe I"ll win a copy of AVK!

Oooh, I've always wanted to get in on one of these! But I hate starting things unless I start from the beginning, and since I'm a PPK-slacker, I never see these announcements. But here I am. I'm in! I don't have Joni's burger book yet or Vegan Diner, but I'll check my local library.

I don't have any of the Joni and Celine books, nor American Vegan Kitchen, but I'm definitely in for the weeks where I DO have the books!

This should be fun. I really have to start cooking from other books than AFR, so I'm in!

Yay! I am going to be in on this too; I have almost all the books :) And I finally moved in to my new house so it's the perfect time to break in my kitchen and get used to the (smaller) space I have to work in.

I always fail at this, but I want to try, too. I actually have all the books except for Week 3, and I may be able to get them from my school's library. I've managed to ignore several of these books, so I'm excited to use them.

I made Tofu Florentine from Veganomicon this morning for week one. I'll do a blog post tonight or tomorrow!

And yes, I just realized I was posting in the wrong forum. I also posted my cry for help just now in the specific Isa & Terry forum. Just ignore this one...

I don't have either of the books for the upcoming week, so I'm going back to AFR! I'll post in the week 1 thread so as not to clutter the other threads.

Does anyone want to send me your favorite recipe from Urban Vegan/Celebrate Vegan? I found one recipe online that I can make (Thai mac and cheese), but don't have any of the books, and want to continue participating in each week! I'm open to suggestions, and will get ingredients for it this weekend.

So proud of myself for completing this challenge. Now if I only had that kind of discipline in the rest of my life.

Anyone interested in starting this again in January...? I know I will need something to keep from going crazy with boredom. And my very patient husband has been (rightly) wondering why we don't make better use of the cookbooks we have before we get new ones. So, PPK - enable my cookbook habit!
