Here are the kinds of flour I have:

quinoa
some oat, not much
sorghum
teff
garbanzo

I have xantham gum and potato starch. tell me, can I patch together a cinnamon roll recipe? I have yeast and flax seeds too.

If you could get some tapioca you could try this recipe http://foodsnobberyhobbery.blogspot.com ... -ever.html - I tried making them years ago but they didn't turn out that well, I wondered at the time if my yeast was dead.
