I should be able to do this, but I can't figure out how! When I highlight the MoFo banner, I try to click "link" to turn the image into a clickable image link to go back to MoFo headquarters. It won't let me.

Grrr!

Well, I'm on blogspot, and there you just have to ad an image as a gadget and at the place where you upload it you have the option to write the address that the image will be the link to. Did this makes sense?

Edit: Just read your post again, you mean to make it into a link in a blogpost right? I totally misunderstood.

Right-click on the image, copy the image location, go to blogspot design, add gadget as image.

I have one on the side (a gadget) that works, but I was looking to put one in each blog post itself. Maybe there is just no way to do that, which is silly because image hotlinks are a common thing.

you can do it two ways.
1. insert the picture into the post, then go back click it and click the link button. it will ask for the url you want to link the image to.

2. upload the picture to the web. in the edit post mode, click on the html tab and use the following code:
http://www.quackit.com/html/codes/html_image_link_code.cfm

d'oh. I just realized the problem. No image links in "preview" mode work...which is why mine didn't work, since it's only a draft entry so far.

I was so confused as to why even when I did the HTML code myself it wouldn't work.
