I hereby challenge you to comment on three to five mofo blogs a day that you don't normally read. Commenting is a huge deal to bloggers, and there's lots of new people blogging for mofo. Let's spread the love!

agreed! i always try to comment on the blog posts i really love because comments are so appreciated. it's also a great way to really connect with fellow bloggers. i've seen newer bloggers wonder why they aren't getting comments, and part of it is not putting yourself out there and talking to other bloggers.

That's something I can do. Ever since I discovered google reader, I hardly ever go back to websites to comment. I also notice most of the blogs I love were originally found through clicking on other blogs' links, so I'm probably missing some good ones.

Okay, I just have to say this...it's really frustrating when people have their blogs on Tumblr. Do people know that nobody can comment if their blog is on Tumblr? If you have a Tumblr blog, please please please I beg of you please consider using www.disqus.com to enable comments on your blog. Otherwise, I can't comment and then I'm sad and I don't like being sad when I read vegan blogs, and everything is all about me and what I want. But no, seriously, how can I tell you how great your posts are if you don't have comments enabled? :)

I thought I could write a post about how to make a category feed, but I realised its a bit pointless at this point. But on Wordpress its as simple as blog.Wordpress.com/categiry/veganmofo/feed maybe an idea for next year.
