so true, and such a good idea. when i don't get comments i become convinced that only 2 people are reading.
i also read in an app (either google reader or the awesome app, reeder), but i will work extra-hard to comment!

I was only able to comment on two yesterday, but I did 4 so far today! I'm going to try and do 8 today so I can keep a 5/day average.
And bluedawg, I'm the same.

Is there anything on blogger or something I can use to see all the blogs I've commented on? Sometimes I like to check back and see if there was an answer if I ask questions or something.

I'm actually going to have a hard time only doing 5 comments. This is kind of addictive! I'm not even adding the bundle to my reader because I'm afraid I'll never do anything else ever again. I'm just going to the feed on the site, reading the blogs that come up, and then adding a few that I really want to follow permanently. I'm afraid if I add all 700 blogs, I really will actually try to read them all!!

I have a separate MoFo reader. It's great because i can just keep everything separate from my normal one and spend time catching up when I get chance.

I added the bundle to my regular reader, and as I scroll through it and find a good blog, I add it to another folder so I can easily prioritize the blogs I like better. I also clear out the ones I don't like - blogs in unknown languages, tumblr-blogs that aren't about food etc. Makes it easier to maintain!

I'm totally up for this challenge, although I'm already finding it difficult to keep up with all my regular blogs. I love mofo so far, I've never gotten somany comments at once, makes me feel like people actually read my little ol blog.

If I do it, will I be able to unsubscribe from the bundle at the end of the month, or will I have to unsubscribe from each blog individually?

I am kind of out of commenting control. Boring desk job = so much time to read MoFo blogs.
Momo, I was having the same problem with commenting on blogger/blogspot posts just on my work computer-- it turned out I needed to change a setting in my browser here. If you're using internet explorer, I think the setting I had to change was like this:
Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner Pick Internet Options Go to the Privacy tab Hit Advanced Choose either accept (which will accept all) or prompt (which will make you say yes or no) to both first party AND third party cookies
Not sure what you do if you're using another browser; I use Safari at home but didn't have any trouble there.

I have been having this problem too, which sucks because I have a blogspot blog! But only on my computer at work! So I tried this cookies/privacy option as suggested, so hopefully that helps :)
