Sounds good. Here is my list:
Halloween decorated sugar cookies Date molasses cardamom cake Pizza rolls PB rice krispy squares Oat-fruit bar things (for the healthy crowd!) And either pumpkin scones or pumpkin whoopie pies...I haven't decided yet.

Ok here's my list:
Butternut squash flatbread from before GF flatbread - either w/ pesto or hummus on top and some other veggies Carrot cake cupcakes w/ cream cheese frosting Matcha green tea or vanilla Halloween cake pops Witch finger cookies (maybe) Whole wheat chocolate chip cookies
I found vegan Halloween sprinkles so I'm super stoked to decorate!
Everyone's lists sound great!

Hey guys, would it be cool if I invited an extra vegan to the bake sale? (And would there be an extra spot in the car?) The guy I'm seeing is just as excited about delicious vegan baked goods as I am.

Everyone's lists sound great! Hey couroupita, I don't want to be a negative Nellie, but making gf flatbread is potentially a tall order. I'd look around and find a proper (aka pre-tested) recipe for gf flatbread, rather than just adapting an existing gluten recipe. I've had the best luck with gf'ing things like cookies and cupcakes, where there are other strong flavors and where a delicate crumb is more standard!

No way, I totally appreciate the feedback, since I don't really know what I'm doing! I'm going to test this one from xgfx which uses chick pea flour: http://recipes.xgfx.org/2011/04/besan-flatbread/ And I will try a genuine gf pizza dough recipe. I am hoping the chick pea one works out well so I won't have to make two different recipes. I found a recipe using brown rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, and guar gum, all of which I had except the brown rice flour. But if it tastes funky I definitely won't bring it and maybe I'll bring GF cookies or cupcakes instead. Nothingtosay, there will be room in the car!

okay bakers! I don't know will finally emerge from my oven today (after my gf set backs), but I"ll be there with tons of stuff.
Also, i'm going to look and see if I have some little plastic farm animals to put out on the table. If you have any, bring them along! I think Sophia is going to make a couple of little sheets with info about Farm Sanctuary that we can show people if they are interested. I'll make a big sign tonight too.

Okay, so if the donations don't show up right away don't think I've run off the with the money, I'm just waiting for Amey so that if she walks we will all get equal pledges (t-shirts for all!).
My belly is full of delicious treats.

I just realized that because I am making the donation in my name I can get part of it matched by my company - yay! That part won't come through in time before the walk (they only send out the matching money a few times a year), but it's still extra money for Farm Sanctuary.
