I was really looking forward to it but I suck. I ended up falling asleep before it came on. Hopefully I can watch it online later. What did you think of it? The previews made it look super creepy and very intriguing. The early reviews said it might just be the big unexpected hit of the fall season. We'll see..

I have to wait until it's online too since I don't have cable tv. But I love a good gothic horror story. I think tubeplus has it online now.

Creepy is definitely the best way to describe it...I think it's going to get a lot more disturbing. It is the same people that brought us nip/tuck after all...

Is GLEE going to be cuter as this gets all of Ryan Murphy's insanity? I plan on watching this weekend. Nip/Tuck remains one of the most continuously bizarre series I have ever seen, so there's a lot of potential...

OMG W T F. So creepy and funny and weird and... I think I love it.

I'm the most terrified of the teenage patient, who I bet is no longer with us and hasn't been for years.

Who did she have sex with?!!!!!!!!!!!!

This show is terrifying.

Yay! for Hulu.

"Don't make me kill you again." has to be the best line ever and I don't know who she's talking to. Yet.

I keep rewatching scenes. And they never get less creepy. Like the basement scene with the cokehead.

This might be one of my new favorites

I think the teenage patient is my favorite so far, next to the daughter. She kind of reminds me of Winona Ryder's character in Beetlejuice, only more rough around the edges.

Some of the clips on Hulu are spoilers, so be warned.

I'm going to take a crazy guess about him. Maybe he's the big bad in the house who actually does want to be helped. Maybe he doesn't want to kill. And I think he really does want acceptance. When he was talking to Ben (?), we saw someone bleeding behind Ben who was wearing the same sweater as Tate. I was thinking that maybe the guy in the sweater was the actual patient who Tate killed? Then he stole the sweater? The sweater reminds me of Nightmare on Elmstreet and there are dreams in this (perhaps). Also, his name is Tate and he mentioned Helter Skelter. Sharon Tate! I don't know what is going on with that, but it stuck out.

IMDB says that Zachary Quinto was in this ep, but it doesn't say who he played. Did you see him?

Also, I love that Biana from PLL, Buffy, etc is still a high school student

Maybe he was the guy in the all leather suit?

I'm on another message board and they all hated it. But it's full of uptight old ladies so maybe this show is a generational thing. It's a show that's either loved or hated.

I think this show suuuucks. There's way too much banging, only ONE scene was even creepy, and the acting is ridiculously bad (mostly Dylan McDermott). That scene about the cheating and miscarriage was seriously painful. Plus, I really think the direction is pretentious. It's sorta Lynchian, which I hate hate hate.

Oh, and is Bianca Lawson still playing a teenager?! That made me laugh so freaking hard!

I also compared this to Lynch! It's actually how I encouraged a friend to watch it. I like Lynch though. I do agree that the cheating/miscarriage fight was horrible, but that's the only thing I had a problem with. I've watched the ep a couple times now.

I don't think the writers needed to throw so much at the audience. The pilot had too much going on in all different directions, making sure that all the main characters had their story's out there. So it felt like there was no main plot and subplots, all of it was trying to be the main plot. It felt too rushed to get everyone's storyline on the screen. I think it would have been better if it had gone at a slower pace. We could of waited for the teenage girl's storyline to come next week. The audience kinda knows she and the crazy kid would get together sooner or later. But I like creepy, campy horror so I tuned out the rest. The guy in the plastic suit was super creepy. Hopefully, it'll improve as it gets going. I'll watch it next week on Hulu.

And I haven't had cable tv in so long I forgot how they like to show off the actor's bits and pieces.

I'm impatiently waiting for the next ep. Didn't it end up on Hulu Friday afternoon last time? I didn't see it any sooner. Maybe I'm blind though
