Today's Vegan MoFo - marinated cheeze!  Tasty on toast...  And tasty on crackers...  The recipe is up on my site. I don't have a photo of it, but this was best served up grilled cheeze style. My mouth is literally watering remembering it!

I think I liked it best in the grilled cheeze because it was warm and melty. I also sliced the marinated daiya really thin before putting it into sandwich.
