Lately I feel like none of the at home workouts I've been doing can keep my attention for more than a few days at a time. It is really bumming me out. I would love to take classes at a gym but don't have the budget for a membership right now. My body wants to workout but my brain dreads doing the same workout over and over again. Same issue with walking on the treadmill. Whats up with me?

Have you thought about getting out there and running? My brother runs the Wissahickon trail and loves it. Someone else I know runs around Fairmount Park. I absolutely detest exercise, but running's the one thing I can stand to do. Even just around your neighborhood? You have at least a good month left before the snow comes ;).

Maybe you should join a team sport! I'm sure there are lots out there that don't cost money to join...
