I'll be bringing cookies. This week has been too hectic for me to make anything more exciting. Next time, though... next time I will hopefully roll out some awesome hors d'oeuvres. I gotta serve up some of my amazing, will-cause-you-to-die-young vegan stuffed mushrooms for SOMEBODY!

I made chocolate chip cookie bars. They were going to be chocolate chip cookie mini-muffins, but it turns out that my mini-muffin tray didn't make it into the boxes that got shipped to me.
Moving is dumb.
Next month is definitely stuffed mushrooms. Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow!

I am excited! I have Friday off, so I'll be taking a day trip, but hopefully I will have awesome stuffed mushrooms to share even though I'll probably be a little late (around 7, I'm guessing). But hey, second wave of food is always great!
