Seriously, it's 3 days later and I still can't fully stretch my arms out without using force and it hurts every time I bend them. What do I do to make the pain go away quicker and what do I do next time to prevent it being so bad? It's the muscle right below the elbow but on the inside.

I have to use the edge of the bathtub to get off the toilet. All time low.

Mowed a couple of hilly acres, then thought it would be a good idea to rake and barrow it all up for mulch. My back and quads hate me.

Yesterday was my first day of working out after a long time of nothing. I was going to work out today too but my abs and arms hurt so bad! I still kind of want to, but every time I extend my body at all I'm all "ahhh!"

Jesus Tittyfuckin' Christ, I spent too long up a big ladder in lots of awkward/unsafe/dumb positions trying to prune some monster hedges yesterday, and today I simply cannot get my butt cheeks unclenched. It's too hot for a bath. Dear Doctor, I broke my bottom, Love, sameness.

So, I ran on ice and packed snow today and now my inner thighs are killing me from stabilizing myself. Owie.

I had so much fun in my ballroom class that I didn't even notice the pain in my arms but this morning - oh my effing god! Turning off the alarm was so freaking painful. My upper back and arms hurt so much.

I went to my first body pump class in 5 or 6 months yesterday & my entire body hurts today. Even sitting on the loo was seriously painful, I think my thigh muscles hate me.

My stomach muscles are sore from climbing two days ago. I love that they are being worked out, but it was unexpected!

Haha, sorry to laugh at your misery jojo, but I have definitely had some quad workouts that made sitting down the worst thing ever.
My right heel is killing me. I know I have plantar fasciitis and I know I need to do something about it (besides stop running entirely, which I'm not willing to do.) It's gone from just hurting first thing in the am to hurting anytime I stand on it after having my weight off my foot for more than 20-30 minutes.

monkeytoes wrote: My right heel is killing me. I know I have plantar fasciitis Ugh! My sympathies MT. I have struggled with chronic PF for a number of years. Luckily, I haven't had any issues in a really long time. What really helped me was icing the bottom of my foot with a frozen water bottle, stretching and taping (my physical therapist showed me both of these things, I'm sure you could google successfully) and also taking a look at my non-running shoes and switching them out for more supportive/cushy shoes. I also always wear slippers or crocs at home (we have concrete floors) or if I'm visiting someone with hardwood. I have learned to nip things in the bud when things start to feel tweaky. I'm sorry to say that the best thing for PF is rest. If you aren't willing to stop (I understand) you will have to cut back your mileage. Believe me, you don't want this to turn into a chronic, unmanageable case because then you will be forced to rest and maybe longer than you could ever expect. Good luck!

My thighs are always sore when I work out. I don't know what's up with that.

My fingers are sore today, from climbing. Other muscles too, but my finger muscles and fingertips are most annoying. I'm improving my grip though, so that's awesome!
