You may get more suggestions if you put this in the kitchen.

When I flew to England, I packed larabars, clif builder bars, fruit/veggies, hummus, sandwiches(hummus and veg wrap), nuts, and roasted chickpeas. I also asked for a couple of bottles of water as soon as I got on the plane.

Have fun on your trip.
