25% of the way through! So far so good. I am also planning to blog every day. This may be difficult over Thanksgiving, but I'll figure something out.
Trends I noticed this week: fried rice gravy pancakes and waffles Richard Gere sounds strangely like Jason Alexander if you are not looking. <---not mofo related
sugarcookie, what's your blog? I will go find it if I haven't already.

also, i'm going to new york for 4 days right smack in the middle of mofo and i don't want to take my computer with me to blog (honestly, i don't think i'll have time), but i don't want to break my streak. guess i'll just have to make up for it with the most awesome nyc food posts ever when i get back. I'm going to Orlando the week before Thanksgiving & am planning on blogging from my phone. Could you do that? Or maybe you could write a couple of posts ahead of time? I know amey of Vegan Eats & Treats is traveling and doing something like that. I'm traveling too, AND having guests for a week before that, but my official plan is to worry about that when it gets here.

I' quite happy - I posted everyday and made few polish dishes but I planned some things wrong so the best is still to come, I hope so. I'm overwhelmed by the number of blogs but I'm trying to brows around 150 posts each day. Great! ;)

I wont lie the first week was fun but now I am looking at 3 weeks ahead and I am like a comedian running out of material. My blog was usually a weekend thing but now since i post 5 days there is no way I will blog in the weekend...I need my rest. With that said I am looking forward to this coming week at least after the half way point i would feel less scared

I didn't make it onto the blog roll... but I've posted 7 times in 7 days. So far I've kept with a Thanksgiving theme. I'm going to see how long I can pull that off... but I have the feeling I might run out within the next week. If anyone is interested, it's megatarian.blogspot.com

I've decided that this coming week will be "things on cupcakes" week. I'm very excited.

As a blogger I am not sure if the reader adds to my page views. I only care about this for selfish reasons as some companies will let you get products to review if you are above a certain number of hits, etc. Also downside to the reader is that I always catch a mistake after I press publish and then it doesn't fix in the reader. Being more careful about this now though because more people are reading in there.
I am trying to read as many as I can. I am loving lots of new blogs. I have tons of recipes to make: mostly I am attracted to soup and cookies. Good stuff. Seeing lots of people using fake cheese which scares me that it's real for about 1/10 of a second.
I too will be more likely to read a blog with a good picture versus none.

LazySmurf wrote: It has been really fun reading everyones posts. It is so crazy how many blogs there are. I tried to do the reader but I find I don't enjoy reading blogs as much that way without the context so instead I have been picking at random from the blogroll on the veganmofo page and reading pretty much every one that someone posts about on twitter. And trying to keep up with the ones I regularly read! keeping up with the reading has definitely been a challenge. i've been stockpiling photos and meals for the past few weeks, so i was amply prepared for blogging--although with FT work and the bebehs, it has been a challenge to cram in a few minutes every day to edit and publish the entries. as far as the weekends go, i'm committed to blogging every day all month. i'm that hard core.

I am committed to posting on weekdays and it's happening! I really like my huge unread bundle in my reader - I have a lot of downtime at work so I have just been clicking on random blogs and reading them full stop - I've read about 80 so far

Uh oh. Haha, I've queued up posts to keep me going into the weekend. What was I whining about?

Today I make Broccoli and Pumpkin Cheese soup and last week was Tomato-Fennel. Recipes for both!
