Where is this recipe in V'con? I don't see it in the salads section but I only have my kindle version at the moment so maybe I'm missing it.

@molly - check page 93 dijonaisse near the other salad dressings. i don't have my book with me and i may have adapted the recipe to include poppyseeds. i will check when i have my book if you can't find it.

@strangegirl.. - thanks! i like avocado + creamy dressings even though they're both creamy textures.
