One thing, what the hell kind of 'gardening' does one do on the woods?
In a suit, no less!
One thing confused me, though it could've been because I was also cooking dinner while watching. Anyways, when Henry and Graham were talking, he said that by Graham saving Snow, he also saved his mom because Snow was her mom, but the Queen is Snow's step-mom, so that didn't make any sense to me.
They also need to work on their computer graphics because that was the fakest looking deer at the beginning. I think I woke my dog up from laughing so much.

I really liked how this episode moved the plot forward quite a bit. Although the "character of the episode" format has been alright so far, it's nice to have the plot advance.

Got it. I think I was trying to place Henry in fairytale land and was just confusing myself even more.

I was actually a little annoyed by this episode. They're in the real non-magical world, yet the evil queen's curse still kills the huntsmen? VERY inconsistent IMO.

Besides, IMDB says the actor is signed on for 22 episodes, so at the very least he'll still be around and all sexy in fairytale land.
we have spoiler tags for stuff like that now. please read the spoilers thread. it's a sticky at the top of the living room.
thx! management

New episode! Good back story, but maybe a little reaching? I did like how this episode was more focused, and not too stretched with different stories going on.
I enjoyed it! We really needed his backstory. It seemed a little too easy for him to obtain the powers though. Wouldn't that dagger have been guarded better?!

Oh yeah! I was going to say something about that, too. He just waltzed right into the castle, then plucked the dagger! I guess I don't understand the need for the fire if it was so easy?

Ha, I said that too when I was watching - it seemed way too easy!
Guys the preview for next week looked AMAZING!

I am so, so sad I missed this ep! I have to catch up.

Did anyone else watch this on Sunday? This episode brought back my faith in the show since the past couple of episodes were kinda boring to me. And I love the mysterious stranger at the end. I'm assuming he's Henry's dad, yes?
Is talking about the preview for next weeks show spoilery since they are airing those promos all the time now?

Yeah, it did seem weird that she didn't recognize him, but I was just trying to figure out who else it could be since nobody else can come/leave Storybrook.

Just watched Sunday's ep now. Ahhh Regina is so freaking awful, sending kids into the witch's house to get eaten! She just gets worse and worse. That witch was freaking petrifying! You never see the Hansel & Gretl witch as anything but an old hag so that threw me off.
Haha Ginnifer's reaction to Emma's telling her that Henry thinks Snow White is Emma's mother was the best part ever -- "I have a kid!" Amazing.
OH MY GOD the new guy is my freaking favorite guy from Center Stage? And the Piper Perabo show? Omg I LOVE him! So hot! I am so ok with Graham dying if this guy stays. sqeeee!

The new guy is super hot, but I want Emma to date Archie (I know he's a cricket, but he used to be human!) so he can get more screen time. I love Archie.

Maybe I'm reading into things wrong, but I didn't see it as her sending them into the house to get eaten. She just wanted to see who she could trust(i.e. who could get the satchel w/o sampling the goodies). It has been a long time since I've read the original H&G, though, so that could be way off.

I'm still annoyed by the lack of consistency in the huntsman's heart curse being active in our non-magical world. I keep hoping they'll explain why some magic is still active while most isn't.
