It's in the LES on Ludlow. Have any of you been? I went this last weekend and got some nail polishes for $8 a pop (and they're gorgeous). They had freebie nail polishes in a container at the register, so I grabbed a black. Awesome. And dangerous.

I love the fact that I can just go grab a lip tar at my leisure now.

I'm so pissed at myself that I forgot this place existed while catsitting in the Village for weeks.

I think I need makeup help when you come to town, melisser.

I finally got a chance to swing by but they were closed. Boo! I saw the makeup counters though, do they give lessons or something?

alice1drland, the ones on the counter? Are they still the deep greenish black ones?

I stopped in two weeks ago and got two lip tars and aside from being n00bish and putting the tar on with my fingers instead a brush, consequently staining more than just my lips, I LOVE THEM. You don't have to be a pro to use them but I love how people use the colors to make custom blends and gradients. These forkers last

The $2 polishes are on a shelf close to the front counter, but below the polishes in their newer bottles. I got Pool Boy, A.V., and Extravaganza for $2 apiece, aaand then I bought Inky in their newer bottle. And then Reverb lip tar. Problems: I have them.
