Things I can Share:
Gastronomy, Food History, Cultural Food Studies, Food Policy, Agriculture, Nutrition (I have a pretty extensive food studies library, but if you want to know something that I do not know the answer to, I will happily research it and find out for you. Research, specifically food studies related research is my passion, so ask away!!!)
Ballet (not sure what questions I could answer online, but I used to dance professionally so I know the low down on some of the professional schools, etc.)
I'm interested in learning more about: DIY Beauty Products DIY Household Items Indoor small scale gardening Other fun DIY household things (spice racks, how to organize things, etc!)

Also how to do science outreach with highschoolers.
And how to groom yourself academically to get into science grad school programs. Hey! I was just wondering - how does Tramadol work, and how exactly is it different from what is in Tylenol?

I can knit and sew a bit, and I have lots of tried and true recipes for homemade liqueur and some bath & skincare products. I guess I'll start with those, since there seems to be a fair bit of interest in them. Just give me some time to sort through my books and notebooks. :)
