I can't decide, so I want to know what you're all doing.

I made some cowboy cookies the other day and gave most of them away, I've got cranberry white chocolate biscotti in the oven right now (for gifts), and I'm thinking about making gingerbread men for Christmas day.

I made the Magical Coconut Cookie Bars, Lazy Samoas, Choco Chip Cookies, Espresso Choc Oatmeal Cookies, and regular Choc oatmeal cookies. Oh, and the Mexican Hot Chocolate Snickerdoodles.

I usually bake about six hundred different kinds, but this year I veganized our family cannoli recipe, so its cannoli (with wheat and gluten-free shells), and biscotti.

I'm making the sparkly ginger cookies from VWAV. They're spicy and sparkly and just perfect for Christmas.

I thought there was another thread about this I posted in?
Anyhow, I made the scottish shortbread/mexican wedding, spicy gingersnap and chocolate oatmeal espresso cookies from Dec Vegetarian Times. They were all good!
I think my usual pecan snowballs recipe is better than their wedding cookies, and I also have a better shortbread recipe. So I'm not sure these are going to become favorites.
But, you can't beat the convenience of making them ahead then just slicing and rolling. I made double batches of each last Sunday, and baked some tests to try them. Now I have the logs in the fridge, and made 1 batch last night, another tonight and another tomorrow morning. All I have to do is slice and bake them so it is much less time consuming when I get home from work.
So all in all I'm happy with the recipes and will make them again.

VCIYCJ fruitcake bars - so good!
Biscotti for the boys, chocolate and ginger.
Rum cake for new years. I buy rum once a year to make this cake and fruitcake (then drink the rest of the bottle with noel nog or coke)
