Post Punk Kitchen Forum

Hello all! I know that there's more to this forum than apartment-related business, but I thought I'd throw this message out there in the off-chance something comes of it. I'm moving to New York from Boston in February and I'm on the lookout for an apartment. I'm mainly interested in the western part of Brooklyn, and I'm looking into both studios / relatively cheap 1 bedrooms (they must exist, I'm convinced) and possible roommate scenarios.

I know it's a long-shot, but I thought I'd give this a try, just in case someone out here knew someone who needs a roommate, or is looking for someone to take over their lease.

I can provide more specific information about me and some of my parameters if that's helpful, but any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Hey, so I'm looking for a roommate in the Murray Hill area. I found an apartment that is really nice, but my parents are afraid I won't be able to find a roommate, so I made a craigslist post, but I know a bunch of people on here were looking for rooms.
