I hope there are enough Shakeaways around England now for people to understand what I'm on about. I have a lot of nice flavours, like Fry's Chocolate Orange Cream and Bubblegum Millions.
But the time has come, and I have filled up a Dairy Free Loyalty Card. I am entitled to a free dairy free shake. It needs to be the most incredible shake I have ever drunk. I have waited too long for it to be mediocre or the same as one I've had before.
PPK UKers, what is your favourite Shakeaway flavour?

Once upon a time, long, long ago, they didn't charge extra for soy. *sighs*

I'm quite partial to a palma violets one myself.

ugh do they charge extra now?? that's annoying.

I've only been once and I had a frys orange cream one. it was pretty epic, but now I want one with millions in!! do they have cola millions, that would rock my thong off!

Didn't know parma violets were even vegetarian! They have cola, I'm not sure about cola millions. They do 'pop shakes' which are exciting.

Oh my gosh that place sounds epic. A fry's orange cream milkshake would be amazing.
One in Edinburgh? Need to get back there!

Yeah, they opened one here recently. We were afraid for the quality because we loved it when we were in Nottingham (we got on every day we were there) but the one in Brighton was sub-par. But the Edinburgh one is good, apart from the woman who didn't seem to speak English and thought we were asking for Bovril shakes when I asked for bourbon biscuit shakes. (She asked twice, I corrected her twice, and then the woman making the shakes actually came over with the Bovril to double check. Good thing for us she did that before she made them.)

Mike and I quite like the bourbon biscuit, coffee, and choca mocha shakes. I don't know that we've ever had anything else, but now that cidersmurfette has mentioned gingernuts and maple syrup, I might get one of those this weekend!

Ok, totally dying for a burbon biscuit shake and also for a peanut butter/maple syrup one.
Must make it happen.

I have never seen or heard of Shakeaways. I feel cheated! Sounds like I'm missing out big time.

Peanut butter and chocolate is really good but so filling and about 57 squillion calories. Cherries & chocolate is good too. Or fruit cocktail with jelly tots toppers.

ha, i just popped into the Bristol Shakeaway today for the first time in months. they're doing a "sale" on certain flavors, including a hot chocolate called Super Scrooge or something, which is what i got. it's basically hot chocolate blended with a cinnamon stick (the non-vegan version is made with Cadbury's and topped with a flake). it was all right, but nothing amazing.

oh, hells yes to both of those. chocolate raspberry is delicious, too (when raspberries are in season, of course). as is chocolate coconut. heck, chocolate with pretty much anything.

I tried peanut butter and cucumber last time. I know. It was a vain attempt to try to ignore the calories. It was great though.

I'm leaning towards marzipan or bourbon here! I massively dislike jelly tots toppers, the coldness of the shake freezes them and they go all solid and weird.

This has honestly made me want to go out and get a milkshake! I don't have a Shakeaway anywhere near me, but there is a Shakeaholic in Leeds which is pretty awesome and has vegan options and last time I went it didn't charge any extra for soy

Shakeaway's kind of cool (when they don't deviate from what you've asked them for, and chuck in some free marshmallows), but their vegan options aren't actually that exciting - nothing you can't blend up at home for a fifth of the price ;)
