So I have a pretty specific hairstyle and I can't seem to figure out other ways of styling it. The reason I want other ways of styling it is because to do this hairstyle it takes a lot of washing, drying, flat ironing, yelling, etc. I love my haircut, but I only like to do that occasionally.

Here's the way my hair looks when I do it up. You can't tell here, but this bob is slightly shorter in the back and angles down to the front:

But I've also done this, which is basically just teasing up my bangs and bit (I usually tease them up more than this to make a little poof), putting on a headband, and pulling the last bits of hair back into a tiny ponytail:

I've also done ponytail with bangs and pigtails with bangs. I want some other ideas for ways to do my hair, particularly when it's dirty. I don't mind using hairspray or bobby pins - I have plenty of those. Ideas?

why dont you try scrunching it? and if you dont feel like doing your bangs one morning bobby pins are AWESOME! you can do a mini poof with them which looks super cute with scrunched hair or you could pull them back and slightly twist to the side and bobby pin them down. it makes it slightly volume-y but not as big as a poof.

Your bob is so cute! I'm not much help because my hair is a bit boring but I like looking at youtube videos sometimes. I came across this when I was looking for ideas for a fancy dress party:

I'm not sure what scrunching means, but I'll say my hair is super, duper straight. It's hard to get it to even curl.

So I did some sort of messy updo by twisting the sides of my hair and pinning everything up in the back with a bajillion bobby pins. I can't tell if I like it or if I look too much like Princess Leia.

I wish I could do that, but my hair is way too short to get all over to one side. My messy sideburn would be nearly a half-head of hair.

You could do mini buns! I can't find a good picture, but I used to do it a lot when my hair was shorter. Just little twisted buns on either side, like tiny Princess Leia buns. You can wear them high or low. Also, mess pigtails. Only low on those unless you want to look like Punky Brewster.

if your hair is shorter in the back then you should flip your head upside down and apply hairspray and tease those pieces at the back and then your hair will be awesome.
