My dog chewed almost exclusively on
wood when he first came home, at around 6 months. Our kitchen table, chairs, and couch legs still look like a beaver tried to re-appropriate them to build a dam.
These things really helped:

He also TOTALLY freaks out over naturally shed deer antlers, which we get from our local farmers market in the spring. They last
forever, and he'll sit and happily chew on one for hours on end, but I'm genuinely not sure what the ethics of those are as it relates to veganism.
