I think that we should do a restaurant meet-up in the near future! :-)

A Mexican pot luck sounds like a great idea!

What about a cupcake outing next month as well? ;)

Great ideas, we're going to have to do all of them!

Should we do the restaurant meetup at Pie Hole, like was mentioned in the other thread? And a cupcake outing sounds wonderful, MelissaAnnM!

I forgot to take pictures at our Soup & Bread potluck. :( But I'll be sure to post lots of food porn for our next meeting. I'm already searching for some Mexican recipes.

I agree that we should do them all!

Which cupcake place were you thinking?

Pie Hole would also be a great place to have a meetup!

Sweet Cakes maybe? They aren't 100% vegan, but the things that are vegan are very yummy. I love Pe Hole, but the seating might be awkward for a big group.

Our meetups have never been very big, I think about 6 people at the most so far, so Pie Hole might work fine.

I've never been to Sweet Cakes, but I just checked out the yelp reviews and it sounds great. Do they have a seating area? Or how about Bleeding Heart? I've never been there, but I've been meaning to check it out.

Sweet Cakes has plenty of seats. I am still kinda iffy about Bleeding Heart for some reason.

I haven't been to either Sweet Cakes or Bleeding Heart. So, I would be fine with either choice!
Also, what about Delicious? I have been meaning to go there, but I haven't yet.

Oooh, Delicious is a good idea! I too have been meaning to try it, but still haven't. I'd be up for trying any (or all!) of them. MelissaAnnM - Why are you iffy about Bleeding Heart; have you been there?

Is anyone up for either pizza or cupcakes at one of these places this Sunday?

I will have to see about Sunday--my mama's in town, and I'll have to check with her. If she's game, we'll be available after 2pm. All of the options sound yummy!

Yay! I'm free any time on Sunday. Does anyone have a preference where we go? So far it looks like our options are Pie Hole, Sweet Cakes, Delicious Cafe, and Bleeding Heart. I want to try all of them, so I'm up for anything!

I am leaning towards Delicious Cafe.
All the other places sound really good too. So, if someone strongly suggests somewhere else, that is perfectly fine with me!

I am also free anytime, just not too early in the morning because I have to get my morning run in!

I just thought there cupcakes were dry *shrugs*

I am not sure if we can do this weekend because we already made plans to go with a friend.

Delicious Cafe sounds good to me! Any time's good for me, maybe a late-ish lunch? Hopefully EmJaeDee and her mom can make it.

Too bad about Bleeding Heart's cupcakes. Have you tried anything else there? I've been wanting to go there ever since I saw s'mores pancakes on their menu. If you can't make it this weekend, we can always plan another outing to Pie Hole or Sweet Cakes...or both!

Do you think you and your mom can make it tomorrow? How about 3 or 4pm at Delicious Cafe?

We will miss you!

Hector is also going to come with me. Did you want to meet at 3 or 4?

Ok, unless someone else chimes in, it looks like it will just be the three of us then. :) I can do anytime. Maybe 3pm? But I can do earlier too. Really, anytime is fine, if something works better for you guys.
