The gluten-free crust at Pizza Fusion is vegan! They also offer both Daiya AND Vegan Gourmet cheeses.
Gourmet Pizza Co is my favorite pizza place in town.
There's also a Mellow Mushroom located in Brandon.
Taqueria Monterrey is owned by the same peeps as Taco Bus, and they have a vegan menu -
