http://www.lefrigovert.com/ Le Frigo Vert is a collectively run food co-operative store offering selections in organic fruits and vegetables, bulk staples, natural household and body care products, alternative and organic women's products, grocery, vegan-friendly foods, and more.
http://commensal.com/ – A wonderful vegan/vegetarian buffet restaurant in several locations in Quebec, and 1 in Torondo. The one in Montreal on St.Denis is especially beautiful – Great ambience! The food is delicious and although pricier, it`s still affordable.
http://www.crudessence.com/ This raw vegan organic little restaurant is now located in two locations in Montreal. They`re food is very pricey but makes for a special occasion. They sell common raw vegan ingredients such as cacao powder/butter, goji berries etc, truffles and cakes (their cheesecake is Amazing!!). They also have classes for those interested in diving in the raw food world.

http://www.meetup.com/rawfood-319/ – Each month a woman named Ildiko hosts a raw vegan potluck in Crudessence`s lounge. Many people come – She`s been doing this for years! It costs 5$ to enter and you have to bring yoru own raw vegan dish, but the food there is really amazing, inspiring, and filling! Sometimes there are giveaways. I definitely recommend checking it out.
