I'm sore from yoga. I'd never done it before yesterday, and then I went again today, and I didn't realize how sore I was getting because it's such a nice, hot room. And my throat and lungs and stuff hurt from being out in the cold a lot. And my right leg hurts because I fell while riding my bike in the snow and the bike landed on top of it.

I'm sore from Body Pump yesterday. And from the elliptical the day before. And Body Pump the day before that (when I upped my weights), and my first spin class the day before that.

extremely sore from a Strength and Conditioning workout the other day. Squatting and throwing around a heavy MMA bag, and then ground and pound elbows from a push up position have ripped every muscle in my core apart... Also got nailed by a big throw in sparring yesterday, landed on my elbow and jarred my shoulder :/

I'm sore from Bob Harper's "Yoga for Warriors" or whatever it's called. Pretty much every time I do a new workout, I'm miserable the next day. High five!

Day 2 of Power 90. I did the Sculpt level 1-2 video, doing about half the reps recommended for things like squats and my legs are still super sore. I don't even want to know what tomorrow's pain level will be. O.O I did some extra stretching to hopefully help a bit more, but we'll see. I already had to take an off day between workouts 1 and 2 due to pretty bad soreness, so Power 90 might turn into Power 180 for me... Haha.

I really, really don't want to get up and cook dinner. Bleh.

I worked out on Sunday and my left upper thigh is still so sore, it's causing me to limp around. I know it's muscle soreness, too, and not something else. Uuuuuugh limpy mclimperson.

I'm limpy too. Didn't really do *that* many squats and lunges yesterday, but I guess when you haven't done any in over a year, it's rough on your muscles no matter how few. I opted out of working out today, since I figured if it hurts to sit down on the toilet, working out probably was a bad idea.

My exercise has been sporadic at best since my grandfather passed away in October. Up until the day he died, I was doing two workouts per day, one of which was p90x. So.. getting back into it sucks. I'm sore and can't do as much as I did just a few months ago. I will persevere.

I did a kettle bells class last night and have an over all stiffness - think tomorrow the soreness will kick in big time.

I normally go beetroot colour during and after any form of exercise, last night I went shaky, felt sick and very white 10 mins from the end. Think thats a good thing? :(

I like being sore, as long as it's not too bad or too often. Mostly I find that putting on some music I like and stretching for a song or two before I work out helps. What's more annoying is that now I get restless legs if I DON'T work out. It's okay if I'm on my feet all day, say if I'm working. But yesterday I had a relaxing day where I lazed about and didn't leave the house or work out, and I was up all night unable to sleep because my legs just wanted to run around.

I'm glad I'm not the only one! I did the chest/shoulders/tris workout of P90X last night (double day, ughhh) and yes my armpits and my boobs are sore. what the fizzle! hhaha I've done it before but I guess now that I can actually do a decent amount of the workout, I'm getting so sore after. And then this morning I had plyo so I am just falling asleep on myself all day.

First TRX class last night - didn't seem like a punishing class... left wondering what all the fuss was about.

Can barley move my upper arms today. Now thats my kinda class :)

Today was physio (cue uncomfortable jabbing, prodding & awkward exercises), then a massage (helllllo calf muscles!!) then I did a tough hill workout. My legs are already cursing me. Good thing I have to run 18miles this weekend. Uggggh.

My whole body is aching today from my first ever kettle bell class two days ago. I'm going to a step aerobic class today but am pretty worried about how I will make myself do it. I guess the soreness will loosen up after just a while though.

12.5miles today and my calves are definitely feeling it. Does anyone have any recommendations of muscle rub/creams? I searched but couldn't really find anything!

I've been using a sampler of Mint Ease I got in a tri goody bag last year which is really great, but unfortunately the company also makes a product called 'Uddermint' (I'll let you use your imagination there) which makes me slightly uncomfortable! Sportique (http://www.sportiquebodycare.com/about- ... ur-mission) products sound really good, no animal products/testing - has anyone used their stuff? TIA!

Operation end of last week. Catheter into my wrist (failed) so they went for my groin instead. Wonderful bruising in both areas but wrist feels like it's been broken today. I look forward to just having work out type pains again

I think my whole body hurts. Whatever muscles climbing didn't get, snowboarding did. My neck is killing me... I hate helmets, but it seems stupid to not wear one! My neck rarely hurt from snowboarding before I started wearing a helmet.

Not sure if I express this in the right way, but my throat hurts.

Normal would be if the back of ones neck hurts, but in my case the muscles on the front part of my neck hurt when I look up or when I yawn.

I'm quite sure this is because I did slightly over 125 mph an hour on the motorcycle yesterday for the first time this year or in a couple of months.

Most of me is sore. I did a strength training workout with a lot of core work Monday night. I didn't feel sore at all yesterday until after my run test last night. Thirty minutes of hard running effort made me feel every muscle I worked on Monday. My abs are super killing me.

OK, so yeah I hurt my foot the other day while doing my exercise walk. It's been sore for days. I think it's getting better but still it's a pain in the a$$. I hate when I hurt myself while working out!
