If you live in Richmond, or anywhere in BC, please write in to the Richmond Mayor and Council and the Richmond newspapers (links in the article link at the top of this post). This would be the first time any jurisdiction in Canada has banned the sale of pets in pet stores, and would be a huge step forwards for animal rights in Canada.
