Ooh I'm free most Sundays, too. I'd like to join in the festivities even though I'm not from Chicago. I live about an hour and a half away but would gladly commute for some good times!

And I'm certainly not a picky eater!

I guess we're aiming for a March potluck? Is there a weekend anyone would prefer? Or one that wouldn't work for anyone?

The only Sunday in March that might not work for me is the 25th. Maybe the weekend of 17th & 18th would be good?

Sure, I'd be happy to host. My only concern is for anyone who'll be driving. My place is easy to get to by train or bus, but parking in my area is a pain. So we'll see if that's an issue for anyone.

MelissaAnnM, we always have a lot of food, so if making something seems stressful, but just coming and eating doesn't, don't feel pressured to make anything. :)

I'm good with the 18th! But so far only you, me and Jeni have responded. Should we push the date back to see if more people respond, or just stick to the 18th? Anyone else interested in coming?

Yes, MelissaAnnM, these are always small, low-key, fun gatherings with plenty of food. I think you should come! :)

I'm thinking I can make the Tortilla Lasagna from Vegetarian Times.
