I still haven't found my holy grail of eyeliners yet. I've tried so many! I like MAC's fluidlines but I struggle sometimes getting the perfect shape, no matter what brush I use. I like the ELF pens but they dry out so quick, they seem to only work a couple of times before they need to be binned.
I have one pregan one from Bourjois that I like. I know they don't test but I have no idea if it's vegan or not, as there's no ingredients list on it. I tried emailing them before and never got a reply.

I use the Origins eyeliner--no sharpener required.

Find one that works for you and practice practice practice. Personally, I prefer using an angled brush and creme liner.

Does anyone have an eyeliner recommendation for oily skin? I like using pencil liner but after about an hour I get terrible raccoon eyes from the lower liner bleeding down my face. Is there something I can put on underneath or a special brand formulated for us greaseballs?

The only thing I can wear under my eyes that doesn't smear all over the place is powder eye shadow (pressed or loose, doesn't matter) applied to my water line with a small angled brush. Every eyeliner I've ever put under my eyes has smeared or disappeared, but the shadow stays put. I do liquid liner on my top lash line above my eyes (Wet n Wild or Urban Decay are the two brands I like, the Wet n Wild non-waterproof ones wear like iron) and eyeshadow in the waterline under my eyes.

Has anyone tried Too Faced's Perfect Eyes Eyeliner? Urban Decay's 24/7 liner has been my go-to for years, but since I moved to the very hot and humid south last year it just hasn't really been staying in place the way I need it to.

I have a Too faced eye liner pencil that is amazing. It shockingly doesn't smudge at all. It's the foiled one.

I second the love for Too Faced Perfect Eyes. It's also one of the few eyeliners that hasn't irritated my eyes.

I use straight-up black iron oxide, which is inexpensive and as dark as you can get, or eye shadow applied with a damp angled brush. The oxide tends to stay put better than eye shadow in that it doesn't fall off as easily.

Stila have a liquid liner that is amazing and Pixi do a pencil eyeliner that is pretty smudgeproof. They do a really nice brown/black one that I use most days to tightline with and it's great.

Hi. Does anyone have any other recommendations please ? I do not want to use UD anymore as it is owned by Loreal now . I'm using Barry M WINK felt pen at the moment but I do prefer a pencil really.

I'm spoiled with Zuzu Luxe liquid eyeliner. The bottle lasts a long time, the brush is perfect for small details, and it doesn't smudge unless it gets wet.

The go on well, last well and they have lots of lovely colours.

I don't think we can get that brand here at all. Others have mentioned it on FB. If you want pencils, I LOVE Sleek's Eau La La Liners and they are vegan. Thank you both !!

Another vote for ELF liquid! It is a revelation in my eyeliner life! Is the felt-tip one the one that is in a white pen and has 3 small tips in a line? I flipping love this stuff. ETA This is the one I'm talking about: http://www.eyeslipsface.com/elf/eyes/ey ... eliner_pen
