Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who might want to check their Vitamin D levels. I got mine done last week and found out I am severely deficient, so I am now taking a high IU supplement.
The testing is done by an NHS hospital in Birmingham and is pretty reasonable at £20 including the posting of the testing kit to you and back to the centre. I understand that to do this privately would cost a lot more.
