As some of you may know, I'm working on a cookbook. I've got most of the recipes written, and I'm working on getting photos to go with them.
Since it's supposed to be beautiful out on Sunday, I want to do a picnic photoshoot. I'll have some sandwiches and side salads for all of y'all to enjoy, and I'll have a photographer with me to take pictures of the food and people eating it.
Tentative menu right now is:
Sandwiches
- Tofu "chicken" salad sandwiches (the same thing I made for the show at Cloud City on Thursday)
- Chickpea "tuna" salad sandwiches
- Curried tempeh sandwiches
Sides:
Green salad with citrus vinaigrette
Potato salad
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me if you are planning on coming, so I can make the proper amount of food and not have to throw anything out. It would also be nice if you could throw me a few bucks so I can recover my costs. And you'll get thanked in my book!
