It's not my favorite, but there's probably a better way. I just boiled it, then mashed it up with some olive oil, salt and pepper. I see other people's mashed cauliflower and it looks kinda creamy, mine is the opposite.

Why have I never made that pumpkin cake? I've owned that recipe for almost 3 years but it never jumped out of the book at me. Your picture, on the other hand, is jumping out big time and saying "eat me!"
