I thought the show was ok. The host was a little bit jerky at times and they maybe should have had a nutritionist on, too, to more fully answer some of the health/deficiency questions.

Yeah, at first I thought the host was playing devil's advocate, but then he kept going on about how he's a "carnivore" (really? Pretty sure you're an omnivore, idiot) and how he gets tired and sluggish if he doesn't eat meat and how vegan hot dogs suck. what the fizzle?

The protein question (yawn), is brought up towards the beginning of the interview and I liked that Colleen brought up the fact that american's don't have diseases of protein deficiency, they have diseases of over abundance. I was hoping for more health based info as well. It might have helped to feed the host so he'd have more than one lame story about that bad vegan hot dog. Amazing story from the mom of an Autistic child, those are the kind of stories that inspire me.
Also, nice shout out to Millenium!
